Why I built this site
I wanted one place online that’s actually mine.
Most of what I do is spread across other people’s platforms. That’s fine for a lot of things, but it isn’t a home. I wanted somewhere I control: a place to keep the projects I’ve worked on, publish the things I write, and put down ideas while they’re still rough.
This site is meant to be three things at once — a project archive, a writing hub, and a kind of knowledge garden. None of those needs to be finished or polished to be worth having here. Projects can be ongoing, writing can be a short note, and ideas can be half-formed.
I also wanted it to stay simple. The whole thing is a static site I can edit quickly, which makes it far more likely I’ll keep adding to it rather than letting it go stale.
So this is a start, not a finished thing. I’ll add to it as I build, learn, and write.
